Who? Who?

The preggo picture is for posterity. About 34 weeks. Baby is wanting to be born NOW, but I am hanging on, and praying to make it to 37+ weeks.

If you know me very well. You would know I do not like birds, with two exceptions. One of those exceptions is OWLS. I love OWLS! It's been on my bucket list to see an owl up close, and this week, Barry gave me that chance. Someone brought in a Great Horned Owl to the Vet Tech girls at the College to fix up, it had been hit by a car. Barry got premission for me to go in it's enclosure. The owl was huge, and when I got close it would snap it beak at me and puff itself up. It was soooo awesome!! (BTW I don't have a zoom lens on my camera, I was really that close.) :) SO HAPPY!

James learned how to ride his bike with pedals all in one day!(someone told us to take the pedals off the bike and let him learn to push off, balance, and steer first. We did that for a couple months, then yesterday BJ put the pedals back on) He was pedaling and turning circles within minutes, it was crazy! We took him over to the college and let him ride down all the sidewalks. He rode like a PRO. Ellie had her scooter, they had a blast! We rode across campus to the museum, the kids love the dinosaur exhibit there.

I found a CLUE!

SHhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......

I found a clue to our mystery.

I was straightening(nesting) up my bedroom today, and I found some papers on Barry's dresser. Most of them were drawings of Ellie's and James', Thank You notes, that sort of thing, but tucked among them I found THIS!!

I think the real clue, is at the top of the page, where it says ANASAZI Food Pack.

Mmmmmm...

Now this mystery would all but be solved if my husband was an Anasazi. A secret food pack, who could blame him?

Yet, as far as I know my husband is NOT an Anasazi, ......Arab perhaps (see picture below hehe), but not Anasazi.

(I will still ask at the end of the week, just wanted to give you another clue) :)

On to more trivial things..........

"When somebody loves you....."

"everything is BEAUTIFUL." Barry bought me a recliner for nightly baby feedings. I sure loved having a recliner with Ellie and sure missed having one with the other two. Feeling loved. :) (Yes, I know it doesn't match the other furniture, but it will go in my room for now, and when we move it to the family room it will match that furniture. Besides, it's PURDY, and soo comfy, who cares! )

Lauren loves to be in this dog costume. Just randomly through-out the day, I will come across her and she will be wearing it. I just peeked in the room and the little doggy was selecting a book.

Endless options for comfortable seating.......

Too small, had to throw 'em back.

This one was tasty. Not worth the sore bottom and stiff legs from sitting on the rocks, but he was tasty. Next time, I'm bringing my recliner. ;)

You can collect rock here for FREE, can you believe that? I think we might come up and get a load or two for landscaping.

Help!

Help! I've found some things, and I don't know what to do.

Oh dear. :(

Let me explain. I have been sorting through baby clothes, due to the soon expected arrival.

After sorting I needed a place to put some of the smaller clothes to be ready for baby, since I have no nursery or anything like that, I decided to store the clothes in my husband's dresser. You see, he never uses it, the drawers sit empty. I happily filled up two empty drawers with blankets, burp cloths, sleepers and sweet little onesies. Moving onto the third drawer for outfits and socks, I was SHOCKED to find the drawer wasn't empty, and I was even MORE SHOCKED with what I found.

Yes, I know what your thinking.

Ok, Ok, I have NO idea what you are thinking...........

Pushed to the back of the drawer was a large bag, and inside the bag was several .....and I mean several, smaller bags. There was also a strange smell, that I couldn't quite place.

"What in the world?!?"  I couldn't help but say out loud.

I decided to pull the large bag out and dump the contents on my bed.

You will NEVER believe what I found!

Huh?

Just in case you missed something. Here's a list.
Bacon bits.
Butter Buds(some sort of fake butter popcorn topping)
Beef Bouillon
Orange Drink Mix. ( I guess in case he gets thirsty after consuming all that salt)
Romano Cheese (That's what I smelled)
Dried Apricots
Sunflower seeds (2 bags)
Large bag of Lentils
Elbow Macaroni
1 large onion (an ONION in your drawer????)
1 small garlic (the vampires have actually stopped bothering us ...maybe it's connected ;)
Adriatic Figs
Walnut pieces

Possible explanations???

I have NONE.

This behavior is BIZARRE. Why is my Barry secretly hording a strange combination of bulk food in his dresser drawer???

Help me out here. What is this all for????

I'll give you a week to help me out. Comment with your guess. At the end of the week I will confront my husband and we will see who is right........
