I did three sets of 10 pullups this month!!!
Last March I couldn't even do one. Owen stands under the bar and says push push! Until you pick him up and give him a turn.
He also picked up, carried and dropped a 15lb weight on his foot this month. I just couldn't believe my eyes so I didn't save him quick enough. My super boy seemed to be ok though. :)
We went to Dierke's for MLK Day it was a lovely cold day.

Ellie is taking a Cross-country ski class from CSI. Barry happens to be her instructor. She skied almost 4 miles her first day. She did awesome!
