Epic Halloween Party

Jeana's defensive face.

The garage was completely decked out in Halloween scariness.
Dinner was served.

Work is never done at the Stuart's house.

well placed arm.

Wow! These pictures are scary!

I would not let HER hold MY baby! ack!

The Little-Old-Grandma made the Sloppy Joes. Superb!

Jeana made some awesome monsters. My favorite is the one with the long nose on the left.

Grandma and Fred Flintstone. I think Fred needs more sleep. Sleep Fred, Sleep.
Spooky Ghost Randy made. Emma did not like this ghost at all. She said, "Dad! Let's get out of here, right now!" So they did. They had their dinner in the safe kitchen.

Randy with baby Emily.
(I wouldn't let HIM hold my baby either.) ACK!

Lauren won the award for best costume. Emma requested the award for best costume. My only picture of Cute Bunny.

Cool Witch Randy made.

This Jack-o-lantern Randy was so awesome! I never knew he was such talented artist.

Back home to go Trick or Treating.

Owen and I stayed home to make and consume massive amounts of doughnuts for the Trick-or-Treaters ......didn't get a single one.
I may have forgotten to turn on the porch light. :)
We shared with the kids when they came home.

Maze and Liberty

Recently for Family Night we went to our land to spend the evening. Owen decided that he and I should stay in the car, but the kids and Barry enjoyed the evening gallivanting around.

They came back to say "HI" every once in a while.

Poor Lauren, still suffering from a stomach bug came back several times for the wipes ...and the shovel. :)

When it started to get dark, they lite a fire and turned into Wild Indians. IT was quite the sight to see. :D

CSI Corn Maze. Daddy had to work late at the maze, so we got a pizza at our favorite pizza joint and ate it for dinner in the parking lot. Then Daddy took them through the MAZE.

 break!

IT was pretty eventful, because they got lost, and apparently Lauren was still not yet over her stomach bug. Good thing they planted the corn late so the leaves were still green and nice and soft.  ;)
Luckily, Owen and I were at the DI picking out some nice, new-to-us books to read so we missed out on THAT adventure.

Pumpkin carving. I believe I already posted a picture of the finished product.

IN October we were able to visit my good friend Carli, and her family. It was great to see the beautiful place she lives and see her little homestead in the mountains.

Ellie was super impressed with the goats.

A beautiful butterfly among the flowers.
