Eleanor turns 10!

Whoa ho ho!     Ellie turned 10!!!

I can hardly believe it myself.

We went to the County Fair, as per tradition, for Ellie's B-day. Except this year, Ellie got to bring along a friend to enjoy the fun, .....and they sure had it! There wasn't a ride that they didn't dare go on. the crazy dare devils. (Sorry those pictures are on my phone, so you'll have to wait for those.)

During Ellie's birthday weekend, Ellie got to go camping with her cousins. They had a blast, even got to go night fishing. Grandma and Grandpa Stuart also came up for Ellie's birthday weekend. We had a fun visit with games, yummy food, and presents! She got tons of new books to read, stick on earrings, and some fun handmade presents from James and hand sanitizer. ;)

10 Things I love about Eleanor

1. Ellie is BEAUTIFUL, inside and out.
2. Ellie is soft hearted, and wants to be good. She is the best daughter a mother could ask for.
3. Ellie is super smart! Scary smart! Knock your socks off smart! ..but she's not annoying about it. Love that!
4. I love Ellie's toes. She has the shortest feet and the fattest toes. It's like she never out-grew her chubby baby feet. Makes me smile.
5. Ellie is crazy creative. She is always planning, creating, or imagining something.
6. Ellie's beautiful golden brown eyes and hair.
7. Ellie is the perfect big sister, and an awesome helper.
8. Ellie is very forgiving and kind.
9. Ellie is a super-duper quick reader. She devours books.
10. Eleanor's name means LIGHT, and I truly believe she is that. She is a light in this dark world. She is a light in our home and family. She brightens everything, and everywhere she goes!

We love you Miss Eleanor. You are growing up so fast, I am honored to be your mother, and to get to watch you grow. You never cease to amaze me!
