One Evening in Moab after a long day of hiking, it looked like rain, but we didn't wan to just go and sit in our little shack cabin. So we went on a little drive to Castle Valley. It was magical. The kid's were all asleep except Ellie, but we had a grand time driving around and exploring.
Our second day in Moab, we spent at Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park.
These parks were wowzers. I loved everybit of them that we explored. Arches is much more accessible and people friendly, but Canyonlands and Dead Horse are AWESOME!!
THe views were breathtaking. I couldn't even begin to take a picture of it so I hardly tried. I'll just say, if you've never been. You should go, ...you won't regret it.
Ellie wasn't feeling well and wanted to stay in the car with me and sleeping Owen.

This part of Canyonlands is called Island in the Sky. It truly feels like you are on an island on top of the world.
